PMA was established in 1981 and has grown to become one of the largest truly independent property consultancies, dedicated to the provision of high quality, objective, research and forecasting. PMA provides regular forecasts of commercial property market performance in key office, retail and industrial markets in the UK, continental Europe, Asia-Pacific and the US.
PMA wanted to modernise their existing office in West London, whilst being mindful of how their people really wanted to work. The new space needed to consist of new break out and client entertainment spaces, focus and quiet spaces, private offices and open plan work areas. This project required careful space planning, category B refurbishment, acoustic solutions and furniture.
We brought in our contractor partnership to complete the category B refurbishment. Meanwhile, we completed a comprehensive space plan and proposed new work areas to suit how different teams could work productively. On this occasion, we took our clients to Clerkenwell to see the furniture first hand and narrow down our suggested furniture selection. We worked flexibly to ensure minimal disruption and completed the project ahead of schedule. We are currently on phase two of the project and installing acoustic solution. As part of our offering, one of our ergonomic consultants has spent a day on site with their staff.
